Terms and conditions  

Oskar would like to make the process of buying jewellery as simple as possible. Our terms and conditions are designed to be straightforwards and follow UK laws. We will endeavour to provide you with as high a standard of service as possible and welcome your feedback in achieving this.

Ordering

If you place an order with us we will send you a confirmation by email within twenty four hours to let you know we have received your request. If you do not receive this please give us a call on 01422 372009.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Oskar Amber’.

Delivery

We offer free first class recorded delivery on all items , All items are packed in an Oskar presentation box. Premium delivery services are available at an extra cost as detailed below. All our deliveries are made by the Royal Mail and as such follow their deadlines. We aim to have all orders received by 5pm with them by the end of the next working day (if not sooner) . Delivery times are then dictated by the Royal Mail.

Special Delivery guarantees a next day service (excluding Sundays) to most places. This service has to be signed for and there is a £3 supplement to cover this service.

If you have any special delivery requirements please get in touch and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is designed to be as fair as possible. 

If you are not happy with your item(s) you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for another item. To take advantage of this you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery, please inform us by email at returns@oskaramber.co.uk stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred returning the jewellery.

If you are requesting a full refund we request that you make sufficient provision for the item to be received in saleable condition with the presentation box. If this is not the case we will deduct sufficient costs to cover our expenses. Responsibility for packaging and sending lies with the sender.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.
