Oskar would like to make the process of buying jewellery as simple as possible. Our terms and conditions are designed to be straightforwards and follow UK laws. We will endeavour to provide you with as high a standard of service as possible and welcome your feedback in achieving this.
If you place an order you should receive an automatic e-mail confirming the details. If you do not receive an e-mail your order may not have been received so please contact us to confirm.
We accept major credit cards and paypal. Card transactions are processed via sagepay to ensure security for both parties.
All orders are sent via the royal mail and normally posted by the end of the following day.
We offer free first class delivery on all items which are packed in an Oskar presentation box.
Once posted, first class post usually arrives the next day (including Saturday) but this cannot be guaranteed.
For a £5 premium we will post the item by special delivery. This guarantees delivery by 1300 on the weekday day after it was posted. It also provides a tracking number so the status of the package can be tracked and will require a signature on receipt.
If the service requires a signature and this is not available the package will generally be taken to the local sorting office where you will need to collect it or re-arrange delivery.
We are unable to provide specific instructions to the delivery agent so if the delivery options do not meet your needs then please contact us and we will do our best to arrange something more convenient.
We will ship internationally but please e-mail us to confirm costs and timescales.
Our returns policy is designed to be as fair as possible.
If you are not happy with your item(s) you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for another item. To take advantage of this you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery, please inform us by email at email@example.com stating 'Order Cancellation' Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred returning the jewellery.
If you are requesting a full refund we request that you make sufficient provision for the item to be received in saleable condition with the presentation box. If this is not the case we will deduct sufficient costs to cover our expenses. Responsibility for packaging and sending lies with the sender.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.

Having registered you will have a password protected account which allows you to use the site again without re-submitting all your information.
You have the option of signing up to our newsletter. If you do so we may e-mail you with occasional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by sending us an e-mail.
